What do I do if the product is damaged when it arrives?
Please open and check your order as soon as you receive it and inform us of any problems immediately. It is your right and responsibility to check that your delivered products have arrived in \a satisfactory condition, before accepting the delivery. Please bear in mind that in the course of transit the cake may get a little knocked around – we cannot control the roads in Delhi/Gurgaon but we ensure deliveries are made with as much care as possible. If I change my mind can I cancel my order?
You won’t want to but you are able to cancel your order at any time before the order is passed onto the baker (i.e. before the last designated delivery date). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll cancel your order no problem!
What if I am not happy with my order?
Our bakers and the Bake Box team work tirelessly to ensure you get the best cake possible in your Bake Box. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your Bake Box and its contents please contact us on 0091 9873225946 or email@example.com; and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
